India, Aug. 29 -- Copper futures climbed 0.44% to Rs 900 per kg on Friday, supported by firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper for October delivery advanced Rs 3.90, or 0.44%, to Rs 900 per kg in a turnover of 749 lots.
Analysts said increased buying by participants drove the uptick in copper prices.
