India, Nov. 3 -- Copper prices in the futures market inched up on Monday, supported by stronger demand in the spot market. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the November delivery contract rose by 75 paise, or 0.07 per cent, to Rs 1,011.60 per kg, with a trading volume of 9,527 lots.

Analysts said the uptick in prices was driven by increased buying activity and higher market participation.
