India, July 18 -- Confidence Petroleum India Limited said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 02.00 PM at the Company's Corporate office, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2019.
The company said that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from July 01, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company.
