India, Nov. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 62.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 98.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.27 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.35 per cent at Rs 247.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 310.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.79 per cent to Rs 156.52 crore from Rs 173.50 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 33.90 per cent at Rs 13.43 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 10.03 crore).
