India, Dec. 29 -- Coal India Limited (CIL) has informed the exchanges that Shri Rajiva Kumar Singh has joined the company as Executive Director (Exploration) following his promotion, with effect from December 29, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the relevant SEBI circular.
The appointment places Shri Singh one level below the Board of Directors. A senior geologist with over three decades of experience in geological exploration and resource evaluation, he brings extensive domain expertise to the role.
