India, Sept. 25 -- London-based technology company Nothing has announced that CMF, previously a sub-brand, will now operate as an independent subsidiary with India as its hub for operations, R&D, and manufacturing. In a strategic move to establish India as a global production and export base, Nothing has partnered with Indian electronics manufacturer Optiemus Infracom in a joint venture.
The partnership will see an investment of over USD 100 million and create more than 1,800 jobs in India over the next three years. This builds on Nothing's existing USD 200 million investment in India and underscores the country's growing role in global consumer technology.
