India, Jan. 2 -- CG Power and Industrial Solutions on Friday announced the appointment of Dhananjay Bapat as Vice President – Railway Business, placing him in the senior management category with effect from January 2, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.
The company also informed that Chidambaram Balakrishnan, Vice President – Railways, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons, effective from the close of business hours on January 1, 2026.
Following his resignation, Chidambaram Balakrishnan will cease to be part of the senior management personnel of the company, CG Power said.
