India, Dec. 16 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Tuesday cleared US-based cryptocurrency platform Coinbase's proposal to acquire a minority stake in DCX Global Ltd.
The approval follows Coinbase Global's announcement in October that it had invested in CoinDCX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange operating in India and the Middle East. CCI said it has granted its approval for the proposed transaction.
