India, Nov. 13 -- The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) has signed an agreement with NAM InfoCom Private Limited to jointly develop a Mission Critical Communication System (MCX) solution, strengthening India's indigenous communication infrastructure for public safety and emergency response.
Under C-DOT's MCX Alliance, which includes 10 partner organisations — mainly startups — this collaboration aims to deliver a fully indigenous, 3GPP-compliant MCX solution supporting Mission Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT), Data (MCData), and Video (MCVideo) services.
