India, Nov. 6 -- Britannia Industries has appointed Rakshit Hargave as its new Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, with effect from December 15, 2025.
The decision was approved during the company's board meeting on Wednesday, where he was named Additional Whole-Time Director and CEO for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval, as stated in a regulatory filing.
His appointment will formally take effect once he joins the company on December 15, 2025.
