Brightcom Group appoints Vidyashankar Ramakrishnan as Chief of Staff to CMD

India, Aug. 7 -- Brightcom Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Vidyashankar Ramakrishnan as Chief of Staff (COS) to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), effective August 7, 2025. The appointment has been made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

As Chief of Staff, Mr. Ramakrishnan will report directly to the CMD and play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency.
