India, Jan. 21 -- Borosil Renewables Ltd on Wednesday announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Singh as Vice President – Manufacturing at its Bharuch plant, designating him as a Senior Management Personnel, effective January 21, 2026, in accordance with SEBI's Listing Regulations.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Singh brings over 26 years of experience in manufacturing operations and plant leadership across float glass, value-added glass processing, and continuous process manufacturing.
