India, Dec. 5 -- Blue Coast Hotels Limited has announced that it received an order from the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on December 4, 2025. The company had approached the apex court challenging the order dated November 10, 2025 issued by the Recovery Officer.
In its judgment dated December 3, 2025, the Supreme Court clarified that Blue Coast Hotels is entitled to file an appeal under Section 15T of the SEBI Act, with all questions and contentions remaining open.
