India, Nov. 4 -- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has entered into a USD 150 million Technology Ownership Transfer (ToT) agreement with an Israel-based tech company to co-develop advanced edge-AI semiconductor chips in India. The five-year plan includes tech integration, product development and local manufacturing, fully aligning with the government's Aatma Nirbhar Bharat initiative.
Under the deal, the Israel partner will transfer hardware architecture and design, while Blue Cloud will own and develop the complete software stack, securing full IP ownership in India. The chips will power next-gen AIoT, industrial automation, energy, and defense applications.
