India, March 12 -- Bharti Airtel Limited has announced the transfer of its 69.94% shareholding in Airtel Payments Bank Limited to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Airtel Limited. The move follows the receipt of necessary regulatory and corporate approvals.
This internal reorganization of shareholding is a structural adjustment and does not impact the ownership of Airtel Payments Bank. The transfer will be conducted on an arm's length basis, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
