India, Nov. 12 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 38.33 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 38.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.16 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.82 per cent at Rs 365.16 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 433.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.11 per cent to Rs 303.63 crore from Rs 370.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 126.09 per cent at Rs -0.54 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.07 crore).
