India, April 22 -- Beekay Steel Industries Ltd. said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the registered office at 'Lansdowne Towers', 4th Floor, 2/1A Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata-700020, on Monday, 29th April, 2019 at 11.30 A.M to consider, inter-alia, the following businesses: to appoint Bharat Kumar Nadhani as an Independent Director of the Company to fill the vacancy caused due to expiry of the term of Brijesh Kumar Dalmia, Independent Director.
Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
