India, Nov. 13 -- Banas Dairy and Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) have signed an MoU to produce and distribute high-quality seed potatoes, strengthening the potato value chain through cooperative collaboration.
The agreement, signed on November 10, 2025, in New Delhi, aims to establish a comprehensive "seed-to-market" value chain, promoting certified, disease-free seed production, scientific cultivation, and efficient market linkages.
Under the partnership, BBSSL will leverage Banas Dairy's tissue culture and aeroponic facilities, while Banas Dairy will extend technical and market support. The initiative aligns with the government's vision of "Sahakar se Samriddhi" to enhance productivity and boost farmers' income.
