India, Nov. 25 -- B. L. Kashyap and Sons Ltd has received a work order worth Rs 254.22 crore (excluding GST) from DLF Home Developers Ltd for a major construction project in Sector 63, Gurugram.
The contract involves civil structural work, rough finishing, waterproofing, and associated construction across a high-rise tower, ancillary low-rise buildings, and related structures. The project is scheduled to be completed in approximately 37 months.
The order, awarded by a domestic entity, was received on 24 November 2025 at 2:14 PM. The company confirmed that the contract does not fall under related-party transactions and that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity.
