India, Jan. 5 -- NBFC firm Avanse Financial Services on Monday said it has raised Rs 1,200 crore through a rights issue from existing shareholders, including Warburg Pincus, Kedaara Capital and Alpha Investment Company.
The company said the fundraise reflects strong shareholder confidence and its disciplined approach to building a diversified funding base, aligned with its strategy of raising capital in a calibrated manner. Avanse added that it has continued to deliver sustained growth by focusing on supporting the academic aspirations of Indian students, backed by robust risk management and strong execution across both domestic and international education segments.
