India, Dec. 30 -- Aurobindo Pharma has informed that the proposed acquisition of up to a 26 per cent stake in Swarnaakshu Solar Power Private Limited will now be completed on or before March 31, 2026, subject to receipt of the required approval from the concerned state government.
In a regulatory update, the company referred to its earlier disclosures dated February 6, March 28, June 30, and September 26, 2025, wherein it had stated plans to enter into a captive solar power purchase agreement and acquire the equity stake in Swarnaakshu by December 31, 2025.
