India, June 26 -- AU Small Finance Bank Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Register of members and the share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from Saturday, July 20, 2019 to Friday, July 25, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank and for determining the entitlement to the dividend if, approved by the shareholders. The said dividend shall be paid to those Members whose name appears on the Register of Members of the bank as on July 19, 2019.
