According to the bank, this initiative is designed to offer employees peace, dignity, and rejuvenation, while also supporting operational goals such as improved loan recovery in rural regions.
These guesthouses are equipped with modern amenities including comfortable bedding, Wi-Fi, and other essential facilities, providing a home-like environment for employees returning from long and tiring field assignments in remote areas.
