India, Nov. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.04 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.54 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.54 per cent at Rs 19.74 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 32.64 per cent to Rs 17.19 crore from Rs 25.52 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 264.71 per cent at Rs -0.28 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
