India, Nov. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.34 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.94 per cent at Rs 212.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 228.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.31 per cent to Rs 166.78 crore from Rs 179.94 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 154.39 per cent at Rs 5.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.28 crore).
