India, Nov. 15 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.89 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 4.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.23 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.97 per cent at Rs 22.58 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.26 per cent to Rs 19.28 crore from Rs 19.23 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 12.58 per cent at Rs 3.40 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 3.02 crore).
