India, Jan. 1 -- Ashok Leyland on Thursday reported a 27 per cent year-on-year increase in total sales to 21,533 units in December 2025, compared with 16,957 units in the same month last year.
Domestic sales grew 26 per cent to 19,855 units in December 2025, up from 15,713 units a year earlier, the company said in a statement.
Sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCVs) in the domestic market rose 29 per cent to 13,553 units during the month, compared with 10,488 units in December 2024, it added.
