India, Sept. 10 -- Aluminium prices rose 25 paise to Rs 257.20 per kg in futures trade on Wednesday as traders built fresh positions, supported by a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, October delivery contracts gained 0.1%, with 547 lots changing hands. Analysts said renewed buying by market participants, driven by demand from consuming industries, underpinned the gains in aluminium futures.
