India, Aug. 29 -- Aluminium futures rose by Rs 1.65 to Rs 255.75 per kilogram on Friday as traders built fresh positions, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium for October delivery advanced Rs 1.65, or 0.65%, to Rs 255.75 per kg in 135 lots.
Analysts attributed the price rise to renewed buying by participants, supported by demand from consuming industries.
