India, June 5 -- Aluminium prices rose slightly by 5 paise to ?242.10 per kilogram in Thursday's futures trading, as traders initiated fresh positions amid a firm trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium for July delivery gained 5 paise, or 0.02%, to Rs 242.10 per kg in 442 lots.
Analysts attributed the marginal uptick to renewed buying interest from market participants, supported by steady demand from consuming industries.
