India, Dec. 1 -- Aluminium prices rose Rs 1.90 to Rs 274.95 per kg in Monday's futures trade as traders built fresh positions amid a firm trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium for December delivery gained 0.7% to Rs 274.95 per kg, with a turnover of 3,291 lots.
Analysts said renewed buying interest and steady demand from consuming industries supported the upside in aluminium futures.
