India, Aug. 6 -- Aluminium prices rose by 30 paise to Rs 251.65 per kilogram in futures trade on Wednesday, as traders created fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), August delivery contracts gained 0.12% to Rs 251.65 per kg, with a trading volume of 4,380 lots.
Analysts attributed the uptick in prices to renewed buying interest driven by steady demand from consuming industries.
