India, Nov. 10 -- Aluminium futures rose Rs 1.65 to Rs 276.40 per kg on Monday, as traders built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), December delivery contracts gained Rs 1.65 or 0.6% to Rs 276.40 per kg, with a turnover of 573 lots.
According to analysts, the rise in aluminium prices was driven by renewed buying activity and steady demand from consuming industries in the domestic market.
