India, March 18 -- Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced the incorporation of Alembic LifeSciences Inc. in the State of Delaware, USA through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alembic Global Holding SA. Alembic LifeSciences Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alembic Global Holding SA, which in turn is wholly owned by Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited.
The newly incorporated entity, established on March 13, 2025, belongs to the Pharmaceuticals & Research sector. It is yet to commence business operations. Alembic Global Holding SA holds 100% of the share capital of Alembic LifeSciences Inc. The promoters or promoter group of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited have no direct interest in the newly formed subsidiary.
