India, Jan. 23 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.78 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.70 per cent at Rs 36.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.68 per cent to Rs 21.34 crore from Rs 19.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 12.77 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.94 crore).
