India, July 11 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.37 per cent at Rs 112.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 117.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.86 per cent to Rs 57.97 crore from Rs 65.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 90.43 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.88 crore).
