India, June 25 -- ACME Sikar Solar Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for its 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan. The agreement is set at a fixed tariff of ?3.05 per kWh.
This follows the successful commissioning of the 300 MW capacity by ACME Sikar on June 23, 2025. The project was awarded under the SECI ISTS XVIII Tranche, with the tariff officially approved by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on May 30, 2025. As per the agreement, power supply is scheduled to commence on or before June 30, 2025.
