India, Aug. 19 -- Aarey Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited said in a filing to BSE that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2019. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. ("CDSL") for providing e-voting facilities to the Members enabling them to cast their vote in a secure manner.
The company said that the e-voting period shall commence on September 27, 2019 (9:00 am. onwards) and ends on September 28, in 2019 (5:00 pm).
