India, Nov. 11 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.78 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.13 per cent at Rs 63.14 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.86 per cent to Rs 61.95 crore from Rs 73.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 600.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
