India, Nov. 18 -- Chairman Arvind Panagariya on Monday submitted the 16th Finance Commission's report to President Droupadi Murmu, outlining the recommended share of states in the Centre's net tax revenue for the five-year period starting April 1, 2026.
The report is set to be tabled in Parliament during the Winter Session beginning December 1, after which it will be made public.
"Members of the 16th Finance Commission, led by Chairman Arvind Panagariya, met President Droupadi Murmu and presented the Commission's report for 2026–31," the Rashtrapati Bhavan said in a post on X.
