India, Nov. 13 -- The fourth round of the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for White Goods — covering air conditioners and LED lights — has attracted 13 applications with a committed investment of ?1,914 crore, according to the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). The application window was open from September 15 to November 10, 2025. Over 50% of the new applicants are MSMEs, reflecting growing participation of smaller enterprises in the AC and LED manufacturing ecosystem.
