Xi congratulated President Droupadi Murmu and praised the growing China-India relations over the past year. He described the two nations as the "dragon and the elephant dancing together," highlighting their significance for global peace and prosperity.

Xi said China hopes both sides will expand exchanges, increase cooperation, and address each other's concerns. He emphasized building healthy and stable ties despite past border tensions. Xi called maintaining a strong partnership the "right choice" for both countries.
