Pakistan, Oct. 18 -- The White House reacted sharply when asked about the Trump-Putin meeting location. The meeting will take place in Budapest, Hungary. It aims to discuss peace talks on the Ukraine conflict. When asked who chose the venue, Press Secretary Caroline Levitt replied, "Your mother did." Levitt then called the reporter an extreme left-wing activist. She said the media does not take him seriously. The White House defended the comments, calling the reporter a Democratic party activist. Officials said they have no time to waste on partisan propaganda. This exchange shows a growing hostility between the White House and the press.
