Pakistan, July 1 -- The World Bank (WB) has appointed Ms. Bolormaa Amgaabazar the new World Bank Country Director for Pakistan effective from July 1.

According to WB press release Ms Amgaabazar is succeeding Najy Benhassine in this role.

"I am delighted to be appointed the World Bank's new Country Director for Pakistan," said Ms. Amgaabazar.

"The World Bank and Pakistan have a long-standing partnership that has benefited millions of people over generations.
