Pakistan, Feb. 10 -- WAPDA delivered a stellar performance at the 62nd national badminton championship here, securing four gold, four silver, and six bronze medals, asserting their dominance across both team and individual events.
The eight-day championship, organized by the Pakistan Badminton Federation, was held at the Pakistan Sports Board, Peshawar. The closing ceremony was attended by DG Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tashfee Haider, President Pakistan Badminton Federation Wajid Ali, General Secretary Raja Azhar, and other officials.
A total of eleven teams participated, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, AJK, Islamabad, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Railways, SNGPL, WAPDA, Higher Education Commission, and Police.
