Pakistan, Aug. 7 -- Vice Chancellors' Committee of Higher Education Commission (HEC) on Tuesday unanimously passed two resolutions against Pakistan and India, respectively, over two separate issues - drastic cuts in education budget by the country's incumbent government and Indian brutalities in Kashmir.

The vice chancellors announced this during a press conference after the VCs committee meeting in the HEC which was headed by Dr Muhammad Ali who is chairman of the VCs committee.

They urged the government to revisit its decision regarding budgetary cut, especially the recurring budget of higher education sector and announce a supplementary grant for universities.
