Pakistan, May 17 -- The United States has warned Indian nationals that overstaying their visa could result in immediate deportation and a long-term travel ban. The US Embassy in India shared the warning on X (formerly Twitter), urging travelers to strictly follow visa rules.
According to the embassy, staying in the US beyond the allowed period is a serious offense. It may not only lead to removal but could also ban the individual from entering the country in the future. The warning comes amid tighter immigration policies under President Donald Trump's second term.
