Pakistan, Oct. 2 -- The US Ukraine energy strike plan will give Kyiv intelligence to target Russia's oil and power infrastructure. This is the first time Washington will directly assist in targeting energy facilities. Officials said it aims to reduce Kremlin war revenue and weaken Moscow's military funding.
