Pakistan, Jan. 21 -- The United States Consulate General Karachi extended deepest condolences to the people of Karachi and to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic fire at Gul Plaza.

"We recognize the courage and dedication of the first responders who worked tirelessly under challenging conditions, and we hope for the swift recovery of those injured or still missing."
