Pakistan, June 27 -- MOSCOW - Lynne Tracy, the U.S. ambassador to Russia, has officially left Moscow, the U.S. Embassy announced on Friday. Her departure comes at a time when both countries are exploring ways to improve their strained relations following years of conflict and tension.
Tracy, appointed under former President Joe Biden, served through one of the most difficult phases in U.S.-Russia ties, especially after the full-scale war in Ukraine began in 2022.
